Hello, welcome to my page.

Melissa Monteleone, has been a Loan Processor and Closing Coordinator with Barr Group Mortgage for 3.5 years. Prior to working at Barr Group Melissa worked in the Insurance Industry for 13 years.

Melissa’s main duties include Ordering and Reviewing Appraisals and handling all of the closing and post closing packages and conditions.

Melissa has lived in Gulf Shores for the last 19 years along with her husband Nick and their 3 children Dominick, Michael and Katelyn. In their free time, they enjoy going to the beach, biking, and watching sports. Roll Tide!
